Waterfalls 1

Waterfalls have a fascination for most of us.  We peer over the edge (at a safe distance) and watch water thundering away.  There’s also a certain beauty as we marvel at the endless variations of waterfalls.  No two waterfalls are exactly alike!

In this honour you’ll learn how to identify some of the basic types of waterfalls: Block, Cascade, Horsetail, Plunge, Segmented and Tiered.

You’ll be given the opportunity to visits waterfalls and, if this is not practical, to investigate famous waterfalls from around the world.  Then there are spiritual applications as some references to water in God’s word are contemplated.
